Ingredients: Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin & Salt.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a heated kadai pour oil and make seasoning with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add in chopped onion, tomato and fish curry masala.
- Add salt if required.
- Pour in tamarind juice and some water and boil the curry until the raw smell dissolves.
- Then add cleaned fish pieces and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
