
Ingredients: Black Pepper, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Cinnamon, Onion, Star Anise, Black stone flower, Ginger, Garlic, Curry leaves & Corn Starch.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.
- Add cleaned chicken pieces into the mix.
- Add the required amount of chicken curry masala.
- Add water and cover with a lid until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add coconut gravy for a thicker curry; add salt if required
