Cooking Instructions
- Mix 1 cup (90g) of pancake mix, 1 egg or 2 tbsp melted butter and half cup of milk into a smooth batter.
- Warm a pan to medium heat and grease it with butter.
- Pour batter into the heated pan and cook both sides. With whole grain flours, it may take more time to cook than refined flours.
