Ingredients: Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric & Salt.
Cooking Instructions:
- Make a paste of fish fry masala with water and lemon juice.
- Add salt if required.
- Apply the paste on the fish pieces.
- After an hour, deep-fry the pieces in oil.
- Same masala can also be used to make potato or raw banana fry.
