Our Hotel Sambar is on the spicy side. That's a good reason to add a dollop of ghee to the Sambar. Goes great with Idli, Medu Vada, Dosa, and Pongal .

How to Store
Once opened, store pack at below 30°C for up to 30 days in an airtight container | Once mixed with water, consume within 2 hours.
